Especially at work.
It’s what any employees, mature aged workers and especially Gen Y, the Millennial Generation now expect.

• Consistent.
• Principled.
• Values.
• Mission.
• Direction.
Is it any wonder why India’s voters swept Narendra Modi into power?
That Australia’s Coalition Government is now on the nose?
Or that QANTAS is losing market share to Virgin?
